Professional experience

He has advised numerous entrepreneurs in cases concerning customs and consignment agreements. 
He was the receiver of clothing industry companies and audio&video and household appliances sector, e.g. POLAM S.A., as well as the liquidator of limited liability companies.
He was an advisor in the transaction of taking over one of the biggest companies from the agricultural sector by the British.
He was the administrator of the estate of Starołęka with floor area of over 40 ha, winning the compensation paid by local authorities to postwar owners, in turn, dividing and selling properties.
He represented the Volkswagen Car Factory in Poznań in disputes related to outward extension.
He has co-founded numerous business entities with foreign capital.
He has participated in great-scale transactions related to setting up or transforming business entities, as well as purchasing or selling them and leasing commercial and industrial properties. 
He advised while implementing projects within UEFA Euro 2012.A speaker of property law conferences.  
He was awarded ”Filar Wielkopolskiego Klubu Kapitału 2011” for his special contribution in the development of the Club; The winner of Forbes "Adwokaci w Wielkopolsce" plebiscite.
