She specializes in providing legal service to business entities from the automotive industry. She is an expert in the field of statutory warranty claims and contractual claims. She advises car dealers in processes of selling vehicles and providing repair and maintenance services by preparing internal procedures and regulations. In addition to that, she deals with:
- reviewing agreements used in the automotive industry, especially contracts for sale, services agreements, short-term and long-term rental agreements, with vehicle financing entities;
- verifying and preparing clauses concerning security for debts;
- representing business clients in civic disputes with clients and other entrepreneurs;
- GDPR and AML procedures;
- reviewing promotional and marketing materials for the automotive industry;
- conducting various trainings, including webinars;
